These terms apply to enquiries and orders made with Harbour Petal, Triq ir-Repubblika 45, Valletta, Malta. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Flowers and availability

Flowers are seasonal and naturally variable. Images and descriptions show our general style; exact varieties, shades and containers may change with market availability. If a requested stem is unavailable, we may use a suitable seasonal alternative while preserving the overall value and intention of the order.

Collections, delivery and changes

Collection times and any local delivery arrangements are confirmed with you when we accept an order. Please contact us promptly if details change. For event work, the agreed proposal will set out timings, payment milestones, cancellation terms and any hire items.

Questions and disputes

Please tell us about a problem as soon as possible so we can try to help. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without affecting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
